U.S. Oil & Gas Plc, (“USOIL” or the “Company”), the oil and gas exploration company with assets in Nevada, makes the following announcement:

The Company notes that a matched-bargain facility for the trading of US Oil and Gas shares is to be offered by Asset Match, a marketplace for UK private companies.

Although Asset Match is within its rights to offer such a facility, the Company wishes to emphasise that it has had no contacts with Asset Match and did not apply for its shares to be included on this platform.

The Company’s intention remains that of seeking a trading facility on a Recognised Investment Exchange (RIE).
